Designing secure and cost-efficient multi-cloud architectures, the remote contract Multi-Cloud Architect (GCP + AWS) will create isolated landing zones for customers on Google Cloud and AWS, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency for voice and chat applications. Key responsibilities Design multi-cloud architecture, including GCP resource hierarchy and AWS account patterns Define IAM models and design landing zones for knowledge services, ensuring security and data residency Produce architecture diagrams and collaborate with DevOps to implement Infrastructure-as-Code patterns Required qualifications 8+ years in cloud architecture or senior infrastructure engineering with hands-on experience in GCP and AWS Experience in designing isolated multi-tenant or customer-specific cloud environments Ability to produce Infrastructure-as-Code ready designs Experience architecting platforms for conversational or contact-center workloads Preferred certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect and/or AWS Solutions Architect Professional
