  • Coordinate firm events and oversee related logistics, promotion, materials, and follow-up.

  • Collaborate with attorneys to implement individual and practice-area marketing and business development plans.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and day-to-day assignments while ensuring alignment with the firm’s broader strategic goals.
  • Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with applicable professional standards and legal advertising requirements.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of marketing experience, preferably within legal, financial, healthcare, or other professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media management, content development, and performance tracking.
  • Experience supporting traditional advertising, events, sponsorships, or community outreach initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset and experience using campaign data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media tools, and marketing analytics software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, leadership, colleagues, and outside vendors.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
