JOYC Brands is a fast-moving, multi-brand consumer products company. Our portfolio spans games and lifestyle (JOYC, Maison Lude), modern tools (Tinkr), outdoor audio (GRYT), and tech accessories (Tecstr), selling across major retailers, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer. We move fast, ship constantly, and like people who can wear a lot of hats.

The Role

We're looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to own and grow demand across several brands at once. This isn't a narrow specialist seat — you'll touch the full funnel, jump between brands and audiences, and find scrappy, clever ways to create buzz. If you get energy from variety and like owning outcomes end to end, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Run full-funnel marketing across multiple DTC ecommerce stores — top-of-funnel awareness through conversion and retention
• Build and manage email and SMS/text programs: flows, campaigns, segmentation, and lifecycle
• Launch and grow TikTok Shop, plus organic social and creator/affiliate-driven content
• Plan and manage paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google) — set up, test, and optimize toward ROAS
• Think outside the box to generate buzz: partnerships, viral moments, UGC, guerrilla and community plays beyond traditional paid
• Tailor voice and creative to each brand's distinct audience and personality
• Track performance and double down on what works

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of marketing experience (not super senior — but a real builder who's done the work hands-on)
• Genuinely creative; comes with ideas, not just execution
• Experience running ecommerce / DTC stores (Shopify or similar)
• Hands-on with email + SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, or similar)
• TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable in paid media across Meta / TikTok / Google
• Can juggle multiple brands and priorities without losing the thread
• Scrappy, fast, and resourceful — thrives in a lean, high-velocity environment

Nice to Have

• Consumer products / retail background
• Experience with influencer and affiliate programs
• Basic design or video editing chops (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
